The Smokeslinger community has always been loud, honest, and passionate — and one request kept coming up again and again:
“We want rotisserie on the Smokeslinger.”
So Dustin listened.
Instead of settling for something generic or “good enough,” Dustin and Frank went deep into researching, testing, and comparing different rotisserie systems. They looked at motors, spit rods, forks, brackets, heat shielding — searching for something that could truly stand up to the way Smokeslinger owners cook.
What they found was OneGrill™ — a system tough enough, smooth enough, and dependable enough to belong on a Smokeslinger.
From there, Dustin put in the work to make sure the kit integrated cleanly into the Smokeslinger platform. No welding. No modifications. No guesswork. Just a purpose-built fit that lets every Smokeslinger owner — Mini or Full Size — enjoy true rotisserie cooking the way it was meant to be done.
This rotisserie didn’t come from a boardroom.
It came from the Smokeslinger community — from your requests, your feedback, and your belief that this pit deserved a true rotisserie option.
Now it’s here — built the right way, for the right reasons.

Newer pits: No — pits now come with pre-drilled rotisserie mounting holes and block-off plates.
Older pits: You may need to drill mounting holes. We include clear guidance and positioning, and you can follow Frank’s installation video.
The OneGrill™ motor is designed for real pit use and can handle substantial, properly balanced loads.
Most cooks such as whole chickens, pork shoulders, rib roasts, picanha, tri-tip, and similar cuts fall well within its working range.
Proper balancing always increases motor longevity.
Yes. This rotisserie has been tested for:
It is built to handle the heat environment of any Smokeslinger configuration.
Yes. The mounting bracket includes an integrated heat shield, and the motor is positioned outside the chamber to avoid radiant heat exposure.
Just keep the motor cords away from direct flame paths.
Each rotisserie bundle includes a spit rod sized specifically for your Smokeslinger model:
We match the rod length to the correct pit, so you get the proper span, support, and balance for your cooking chamber. The spit rod is the only difference between the two bundles — all other components are identical.
The OneGrill™ motor runs on standard household power (110V).
Extension cords are fine as long as they’re rated for outdoor use.
Absolutely. These systems were chosen because they perform well with heavier or less-balanced cuts.
For any multi-item or unbalanced load, use the counterbalance and fork adjustments for smoother rotation.
This bundle is engineered specifically for the Smokeslinger Mini and Full Size models.
For non-Smokeslinger pits, we can’t guarantee bracket spacing or rod length.
Not at all.
Most customers bolt it on in 10–15 minutes using common tools.
Older pits may require drilling two holes — the placement is simple and we walk you through it.
No — the bundle gives you everything you need to begin rotisserie cooking on day one.
Add-ons like extra forks or extended spits are optional based on your cooking style.
Yes. Most owners leave the mounting brackets in place.
The spit rod and forks should be removed for cleaning and storage.
Not really. The Smokeslinger’s exhaust holes are located right next to the rotisserie pass-through holes, so these openings do not affect airflow or pit performance when the rotisserie is in use. The pit is designed to draft correctly with those openings exposed.
If you have an older Smokeslinger and want a block-off plate for cosmetic reasons or to close the holes when the rotisserie isn’t installed, just reach out.
