    Choose Your Rotisserie Setup

Both options use the same OneGrill™ quality. The difference is how fully loaded you want to be on day one and how many baskets and fork sets you want included.

    Base Rotisserie Kit

The core OneGrill™ setup that gives your Smokeslinger true rotisserie capability with room to grow later.

    • Includes: Heavy-duty motor, matched spit rod, one fork set, brackets, heat shielding, and hardware.*
    • Best for: Pitmasters who want a clean starting point and prefer to add accessories over time.
    • Typical uses: Chickens, small roasts, ribs, and well-balanced loads.
    • Upgrade path: Add a OneGrill™ Universal Performer Basket and extra fork set (on the Full Size) as your cooks get bigger.
    • Value: Lowest upfront cost while still getting a full-function rotisserie system.

    Complete Rotisserie Bundle

    • Value: Best long-term value if you know you’ll use baskets and more fork real estate.

    Rotisserie FAQ

Yes. The OneGrill™ rotisserie system was chosen specifically because it integrates cleanly with both Smokeslinger models — the Mini and the Full Size Direct Heat Smokers — with no welding or fabrication required.

The only difference between the two bundles is the spit rod length:

    • Full Size Smokeslinger:55 ½-inch spit rod (designed to span the wider chamber)
    • Mini Smokeslinger:37-inch spit rod (scaled perfectly for the smaller chamber)

Everything else in the kit is exactly the same:

    • Same heavy-duty OneGrill™ motor
    • Same fork set
    • Same mounting brackets
    • Same heat shielding
    • Same hardware
    • Same performance

Just choose the bundle that matches your pit size and it will bolt on and work exactly as intended.

Both bundles use the same OneGrill™ hardware quality.

    The difference is simply sizing:

    • Full Size: longer spit rod, wider bracket spacing, more room for large or multiple cuts
    • Mini: shorter spit rod, compact spacing, sized specifically for the smaller chamber

Everything in each bundle is matched to the correct pit.

Each Complete Bundle starts with the core OneGrill™ rotisserie kit and then adds accessories matched to your Smokeslinger model.

    Both bundles include:

    • Heavy-duty OneGrill™ 110V motor
    • Matched spit rod sized for either the Mini or Full Size Smokeslinger
    • Standard fork set
    • Mounting brackets with integrated heat shield
    • All required hardware

Full Size Smokeslinger Rotisserie Bundle adds:

    • 2 Universal Performer Baskets
    • 3 extra sets of heavy-duty stainless spit forks for a total of 4 sets

    Mini Smokeslinger Rotisserie Bundle adds:

    • 1 Universal Performer Basket
    • 1 extra set of heavy-duty stainless spit forks for a total of 2 sets

So in both cases you’re getting the full OneGrill™ core kit plus extra forks and baskets sized for your pit, ready to bolt on and cook.

Yes. The Base Kits are available separately for anyone who prefers to start simple.

Most Smokeslinger owners choose the Complete Bundle because it includes the most-requested accessories and solves future upgrade needs.

Newer pits: No — pits now come with pre-drilled rotisserie mounting holes and block-off plates.

Older pits: You may need to drill mounting holes. We include clear guidance and positioning, and you can follow Frank’s installation video.

The OneGrill™ motor is designed for real pit use and can handle substantial, properly balanced loads.

Most cooks such as whole chickens, pork shoulders, rib roasts, picanha, tri-tip, and similar cuts fall well within its working range.

Proper balancing always increases motor longevity.

Yes. This rotisserie has been tested for:

    • Direct heat
    • Offset mode
    • Reverse flow setups
    • Two-zone cooks

It is built to handle the heat environment of any Smokeslinger configuration.

Yes. The mounting bracket includes an integrated heat shield, and the motor is positioned outside the chamber to avoid radiant heat exposure.

Just keep the motor cords away from direct flame paths.

Each rotisserie bundle includes a spit rod sized specifically for your Smokeslinger model:

    • Mini Smokeslinger: 37-inch spit rod
    • Full Size Smokeslinger: 55 ½-inch spit rod

We match the rod length to the correct pit, so you get the proper span, support, and balance for your cooking chamber. The spit rod is the only difference between the two bundles — all other components are identical.

The OneGrill™ motor runs on standard household power (110V).

Extension cords are fine as long as they’re rated for outdoor use.

Absolutely. These systems were chosen because they perform well with heavier or less-balanced cuts.

For any multi-item or unbalanced load, use the counterbalance and fork adjustments for smoother rotation.

This bundle is engineered specifically for the Smokeslinger Mini and Full Size models.

For non-Smokeslinger pits, we can’t guarantee bracket spacing or rod length.

    Not at all.

Most customers bolt it on in 10–15 minutes using common tools.

Older pits may require drilling two holes — the placement is simple and we walk you through it.

No — the bundle gives you everything you need to begin rotisserie cooking on day one.

Add-ons like extra forks or extended spits are optional based on your cooking style.

Yes. Most owners leave the mounting brackets in place.

The spit rod and forks should be removed for cleaning and storage.

Not really. The Smokeslinger’s exhaust holes are located right next to the rotisserie pass-through holes, so these openings do not affect airflow or pit performance when the rotisserie is in use. The pit is designed to draft correctly with those openings exposed.

If you have an older Smokeslinger and want a block-off plate for cosmetic reasons or to close the holes when the rotisserie isn’t installed, just reach out.
